All scanned documents are stored locally on your device. InstaScan does not provide cloud storage and does not upload documents to external servers.

The InstaScan application, including its design, features, and content, is owned by the developer and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

Prohibited Uses

You agree not to misuse the App, including but not limited to:

• Using the App for illegal activities
• Attempting to reverse engineer or modify the App
• Using the App in a way that harms the service or other users

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will always function without interruptions or errors.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall the developers of InstaScan be liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the App.
